Meet Melanie Louise, the Artist and a real music lover known as the little person with the big voice

Melanie Symeou (vocalist) - a real music lover known as the little person with the big voice. Melanie was born and raised in the UK where she attended a private performance school and took part in various theatrical productions such as Cats, The Wizard of Oz, Oliver and Half a Sixpence. In Cyprus Melanie was within the 10 finalists islandwide for the Kiss Fm Karaoke competition in 2002 and she has been singing and performing ever since.

Melanie has been and is currently the lead vocalist of the band Vanilla Soul which started in 2004. Melanie has performed at festivals, bars, events, the british forces, the united nations and has appeared on the radio and television in both Cyprus and the U.K. Melanie's singing styles ranges from rock and soul, pop and even classical. She loves everything there is to love about music.


About the Band
​Vanilla Soul started back in 2004. A unique band in Cyprus with professional band members giving a unique musical vibe playing Rock, Soul and Indie music from past until present. Vanilla Soul is a 4 member band who have played in the best music Venues on the island including New Division, Hard Rock Café, Rock City, Kingston Rock City, Moondogs, 7seas, Avlea, Enallax, Hustle, Blue Pine Bar and Various Festivals held across the Island in addition the band plays for the British Forces and has also appeared on Cypriot Television.
