Yoga is a Science and an ancient discipline emphasizing the understanding and practice of morals and ethics, developing awareness and control of the physical body, emotions, mind and interpersonal relations. Yoga brings back the sense of Synthesis, Fruition and Happiness.  It has been a topsy-turvy start to the third decade of this century. COVID-19 has brought with it many disruptions.
